We are introducing a new service — the Zadarma AI voice agent. This virtual assistant answers calls, speaks with a natural voice, uses your knowledge base, and transfers the customer to an employee when needed.
The agent works 24/7, supports 8 languages, and helps ensure no calls are missed during peak hours or outside business hours.
To get started, simply choose a voice and model, connect your knowledge base, and set up routing in your personal account.

Price reduction for calls to Ukraine from the EU
Thanks to Ukraine joining the EU roaming agreement, call rates to Ukraine from EU numbers connected in Zadarma have been significantly reduced. Now calling Ukraine from the EU is up to 80% cheaper than from other countries.
